Dancersizeis a high impact cardio program design to help tone and shed pounds. This class offers a variety of dance moves to all the greatest & latest music. Hip-Hop Dance

Hip-Hop Dance refers to dance styles primarily danced to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. This includes a wide range of styles notably breaking, locking, and popping. What separates hip-hop dance from other forms of dance is that it is often freestyle (improvisational) in nature.

Kinder-Dance

Kinder-Dance is a positive, non-competitive, comprehensive program of fitness, developmental dance, movement and education for pre-school kids specifically ages 2-4. Preschool age children learn the basics of modern, step, creative movement and motor development skills, while learning to work together with other children in a choreographed format.

Modern Dance

Modern Dance is a dance style that centers on a dancer's own interpretations instead of structured steps, as in traditional ballet dancing it encourages dancers to use their emotions and moods to design their own steps and routines.

Praise Dance

Praise Dance(also known as liturgical dance or worship dance) is a form of worship that seeks to articulate the word and spirit of God through the body Praise dance can be diverse, including traditional or modern ballet, lyrical and hip-hop dancing. It is performed to praise music. Dances can be spontaneous or choreographed, involving an individual or a group of dancers.

Stepping or Step-Dancing

Stepping or Step-Dancing is a form of percussive dance in which the participant's entire body is used as an instrument to produce complex rhythms and sounds through a mixture of footsteps, spoken word, and hand claps. Though stepping may be performed by an individual, it is generally performed by groups of three or more, often in arrangements that resemble military formations.
